Hey everyone, Hope everyone's first couple of months of school has been going great! Our kickoff meeting on September 8th was a success! Thanks to all who came. We look forward to having some fun this year and getting to know all of you better.

CoPirg's Global Warming campaign is planning its first student demonstration on September 24 from 11am - 1pm. We will be showing off our 10-ft. tall wind turbine near the flagpole area on campus. Representatives from groups such as New Era Colorado, Sustainable Campus Program, and Environment Colorado will be joining us as we build support for a clean energy future. We hope you join us and have your voice heard by signing our model wind turbine.

Don't forget the Electric Vehicle parade is coming Saturday, September 26, between 9 and 10. Watch as fashionable, but environmentally-friendly, hybrids, electric vehicles, and even homemade cars parade through the campus. The cars will be parading through the cul-de-sac area behind the King Center. There will be food, music, and important speakers at the finish of the parade at the Convention Center.
